​Robert began his career in the luxury hospitality industry nearly 20 years ago at the Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills and continued with employment at some of the finest dining establishments in the world, including L'Orangerie and Le Bernardin (both Relais & Châteaux), Alain Ducasse at Essex House, Bouley and the opening team of Soho House, New York. He then segued into catering and events, where he has remained for the last 15 years, designing, producing and executing events for some of the most elite clientele in New York City.

Career highlights include: The VOGUE, CFDA Fashion Fund Event hosted by NORDSTROM, The 90th Anniversary of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Emmy Campaign Event, The MIKIMOTO Pre-Met Gala Event, The White House Historical Association Event at the Waldorf Astoria, The Launch Party of JLO's "DELOLA" Cocktail Event, The Tony Nomination Campaign Event for Broadway's "Merrily We Roll Along," with Daniel Radcliffe, The World Premiere of "Mean Girls," at AMC Lincoln Square, The World Premiere of "Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire at AMC Lincoln Square, The Four Seasons Hotel Residences (Downtown) Launch Party and The One High Line Launch Party, to name just a few.

Robert draws inspiration from his travels (43 countries and counting!), always keeping one step ahead of culinary and industry trends. His background as an accomplished performer brings a dimension of drama, surprise and whimsy to his work. Robert hails from Michigan and is a graduate of Michigan State University.
